Server v6 is a critical component to
maximize your investment. The iMarkup Server accesses documents stored in
CleverPath and provides a powerful collaborative review and approval process.
Once the document review has completed, the document is published back into the
CleverPath document repository.
 The
iMarkup Server is a web-based software solution providing document management,
workflow automation, document imaging, electronic forms processing and knowledge
management. It enterprise users
with a powerful and
easy way to manage, distribute, share, annotate and review documents, content
and eForms. It
supports users in all stages of the document and content lifecycle.
The iMarkup Server contains several portlets in the CA CleverPath Portal.
The first portlet provides users with a list of content they have permission to
access,
another is an instant messaging portlet for real time collaboration, a knowledge
management portlet provides users with related documents, and a "task list"
portlet shows a user all tasks assigned to them. This "task
list" includes
the documents and content they are being requested to review or approve. All portlets are
fully integrated into the CleverPath environment, providing a single sign-on
into the iMarkup Server, as well as integration into the CleverPath Workspaces. |
