iMARKUP ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF JOINT IMARKUP/VIGNETTE SOLUTION

Companies Expand Capabilities of Integrated Content Management to Include Content Annotation

SAN DIEGO, California (December 9, 2003) –- iMarkup Solutions today announced the availability of a joint iMarkup/Vignette^® V7 content management, document annotation and markup solution, and its first sale of the solution. The joint solution combines Vignette V7 content management products and iMarkup Server V4 to allow text markups, sticky notes, freeform drawings and other types of annotations to be applied to all types of Web formats, from HTML and ASP to JSP and PDF. The solution addresses the needs of teams and workgroups to collaborate with one another in real time, and allows organizations to maintain a chronological record of rapidly changing enterprise information.
